Steps

Heat ghee in a wok, add besan in it, stir continuously and cook it until it's raw smell is completely gone and it start leaving aroma.

Now switch off the flame, allow it to cool down a bit (don't cool it completely)then add powdered sugar in it and mix them well.

Now bind ladoos of it and garnish it with grated coconut.

Your besan ladoo is ready to serve now.
