Ingredients: 250 gram rice, washed and drained; 200 gram pumpkin, Chopped; 100 gram sweet potato, chopped; 1 cob sweetcorn, extract the kernels; 50 gram spinach, washed; 50 gram water convolvulus, washed (optional); 5-6 string beans, cut into 2 cm pieces; 2 teaspoon salt; 2 lemon grass, bruised; Sambal dabu-dabu :; Finely slice 3-4 red chilies, 6 bird's eye chilies & 3 shallots; Mix well with 1 chopped tomatoe; 1 tablespoons lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt; Fried salted fish:; Cut salted fish into 2 cm pieces and soak with boiling water; Let it stand until cooled, wash pat it dry, then fry; Grilled fish:; Wash tuna fish and rub with 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoons ginger and 2 tbsp vegetable oil; Grilled until cooked

Tinotuan, also known as bubur manado or Manadonese porridge is a specialty of the Manado cuisine and a popular breakfast food in the city of Manado and the surrounding province of North Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Add water level to a level 3 - 5 cm above the rice level. Boil until almost cooked.

Add pumpkin, sweet potato and corn. When they are cooked, add vegetables and salt.

Cook until the cereal thickens. Serve with sambal and fried salted fish.
