Put all ingredients in a bowl except the milk

Mix them well

Then add milk little by little and make a dough

Put it in a warm place for about 20 mins to proof

Prepare the baking tin

Put the dough into a tin for a while and proof for the second time and bake for 20 mins at 180 ° c
