Steps

Grind all ingredients mentioned under to grind section. Add to minced mutton. Knead for 7-8 minutes so that mutton gets marinated well. Keep aside for 2 hours

Add besan, egg, green chillies, coriander leaves to marinated mutton. Mix well. Knead like dough. Add additional besan if required

Take small portion. Shape like ball and flatten it. Do until completed

Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Fry in ghee until brown on all sides on medium heat.Do not substitute ghee for oil. Ghee brings right flavour for kebabs

Sprinkle lemon juice and serve warm
