Ingredients

  • 1 cupPotato chopped
  • 1/2 cupTomato chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 2 tbspCorriander powder
  • 1 tspCumin
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add cumin

  2. 2

    Now add red chilli with a cup of water boil it on low flame

  3. 3

    Now add all spices and potato along with 2 cup water more cook it untill potato get soft

  4. 4

    Now add tomato cook for 2 minutes on low flame it's ready to eat
