2-3green chillies chopped
1onion chopped
1 tspfive spices
To tastesalt and sugar

Mash Potatoes and add oil in a pan

Temper five spices and red chilli

Add onion chopped and saute well adding salt

Now add green chillies and Potatoes and mix well

Add sugar mix and remove
