MiFirstly in a large mixing bowl combine rava,curd and salt.

Mix well to form a paste without any lumps.

Further add 1/2 cup water or as per required.

Mix well to form thick batter.

In a kadai heat 2 tsp oil saute,ginger, green chilli,and chopped onion.

Saute for a min. Also add curry leaves, coriander and water.

Rest for 20 min.

Further add a piinch of baking soda just pan add few drops of oil inside the holes.

Heat oil in appe pan.

Now fill the holes with a tsp of rawa batter.

And both sides until it golden brown.

Finally ready appe to serve with coconut chutney.
