Ingredients

  • 250 gmmaida
  • 1 tspcrushed kasuri methi
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 packeteno
  • as neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add maida, kasuri methi,salt,oil,curd and eno in a mixing bowl and make a dough.

  2. 2

    Dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Make balls with the dough,make a bhatura shape.

  4. 4

    Hear oil in a wok add bhatura and deep fry.
