Ingredients

1large head of lettuce (or various leafy greens)
10sun-dried tomatoes
1 cupgrated cheese (gruyere or kefalotyri)
1 cupcroutons or small rusks
For the vinaigrette:
3-4 tablespoonsolive oil
2-3 tablespoonspomegranate balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoonspice mix
1 pinchsalt

Tear the lettuce into large pieces and place them in a salad bowl. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, and croutons, and mix.

Shake the vinaigrette ingredients in a shaker and pour over the salad.
