Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupboiled toovar dal with turmeric powder and salt
  2. 1long slice cut onion
  3. 1 tbspchopped ginjar garlik greenchilli
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  6. 1 pinchasafetida
  7. 1spoondesi ghee
  8. 1 spoon coriander leaves
  9. For Masala bhindi
  10. 250 gmLady finger wash and cut small pieces
  11. tomato chopped
  12. 1onion chopped
  13. 1green chilli chopped
  14. 4garlik finely chopped
  15. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  16. 1pinc asafoetida
  17. 1 tbspchat Masala
  18. 1 tbspsabji Masala
  19. Salt
  20. 2 spoonoil
  21. For Chokha
  22. 4boil potatoes peel off mashed potatoes
  23. 2tomatoes roasted and peel off mashed
  24. 1chopped onion
  25. 2chopped green chilli
  26. 1 spoon coriander leaves
  27. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  28. 2 tbspoil
  29. Salt as per taste
  30. For salad
  31. 2chopped green chilli
  32. 2chopped tomatoes
  33. 1chopped onion
  34. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  35. 1/2 tbsp salt
  36. Some dry roasted papad
  37. 1 Cupboiled rice
  38. Some chapatis

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan put cumin asafoetida crackle now add ginger garlic green chilli Saute 30 seconds add tomato little salt mix well slow flame now add boiled dal mix well and cook one boil add coriander leaves

    Heat oil in a pan medium flame put cumin seeds asafoetida and green chilli crackle now add all spices mix well add tomato saute aad bhindi and salt mix well cover lead cook 1 minute medium flame

    Open lead slow flame cook golden brown and crispy

  4. 4

    Take a bowl put mashed potato and mashed tomato salt and all ingredients mix well

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds crackle now add Chokha cook 1 minutes low flame observe water Sprinkle coriander leaves

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and salt make salad
