1tomato chopped
1 tbspcashew-raisins

Heat ghee add garam masala

Add onion and saute well adding salt

Add tomatoes and saute well

As tomatoes get par boiled

Add sugar, cashew-raisins and saute well

Now add the rice and toss well and serve.
