Mix tomatoe oats, wheat flour, rice flour and nachni. Add coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and chat masala. Add water and make a batter.

Make Paneer, add salt, chat masala and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Take a pan, take one spoon of batter and spread it on the pan. Cook on both sides applying butter.

Now stuff the paneer and make pockets. Serve with tomatoe ketchup, garnished with mint leaves.
