Firstly soaked both gram atleast 2-3 hours.

Further both grams boil into a pressure cooker upon 3 whistle.

After boil dal add milk and 2,3 tsp cream.

Now make tarka, heat ghee into a pan.

Further roast cumin and roast onion until it become golden brown.

Further add all spieces and roast well.

Now add tomatoes and mix well.

Ready tarka pour upon dal.

At last dal garnish with fresh and fresh cream.

Finally ready dal makhni serve with rice.
