This is tangy rolls and healthy snack and would taste and look good.
Steps

Slice the cottage cheese block into 48 thin slices.

Wash and blanch spinach leaves and place on a kitchen towel to remove the moisture.

Mix tomato ketchup, mustard paste and mango chutney.

Spread 24 cottage cheese slices with this mixture and sprinkle paprika powder.

Place spinach leaves on cottage cheese slices.

Repeat the process once again with the remaining cottage cheese and spinach leaves.

Set aside the remaining sauce for the dip.

Roll lightly and refrigerate for half an hour to set.

Mix corn flour with 20 tbsp of cold water.

Heat a non-stick pan apply a little oil. Dip each roll in cornflour mixture and shallow fry to a golden brown colour.

Cut each roll diagonally and serve with the dip.
