Ingredients

  • 15unripe bananas
  • 4ripe bananas
  • 1/2kgs of njahi boiled and mashed
  • Meat
  • Salt
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 bunchcoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Peal wash and boil the bananas when ready mash them.Add the mashed njahi

  2. 2

    Fry your onions till light brown add tomatoes then meat. Fry add sauce the njahi is so dry.

    Serve with meat stew
