Tomatoes and pepper
Red onion
Locust bean(iru)
Smoked fish
Cowskin
to tasteSalt n seasoning
Palm oil

Steps

1

Blend tomatoes n pepper roughly,not too smooth.Set aside
2

Heat palm oil, add onion,let soft for 30secs
3

Add tomatoes mix,cowskin,smoked fish,locust beans,salt n seasoning
4

Mix thoroughly, cover and allow to cook till oil comes out on top
5

Serve with rice or your choice
