Peal and boil the potatoes with salt until well cooked then mash them.

In a frying pan put in the sliced onions and some blueband,cook them slightly then add in the garlic. Continue to stir then now now in the mashed potatoes adding some little milk in it.

Serve hot with stew and greens of your choice
