Mashed veg.mixed in wheat flour and semolina salt oil and baking soda..Mix well..Make a dough.

Cut cheese dice shape..Make a small poori and fill cheese. Make ball.and shape your choice.

Heat cooker 5 minutes..gas sim and keep baati in cooker..Cover it.leave some space in cooker. shake cooker after 5 minutes otherwise baati burn..Shakes..15-20 minutes...Baati ready..crash baati dip in desi ghee...Enjoy with dal...
