Rinse the cluster beans. Cut the head and tail parts of it. Then cut the beans into small pieces.

Microwave it for 5 to 10 minutes. Keep it aside.

Heat the oil in pan. Add mustard seeds. Once it splutter add cumin seed, asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix well.

Now add cluster beans,red chilli powder, black masala and mix well.

Cover it with lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the lid and check whether cluster beans are cooked by pressing it with spatula.

Now add jaggery, salt. Mix well. Finally add roasted peanut powder, and grated dry coconut stir well.

Cool for 2 minutes. Switch off the gas. Cluster beans curry is ready to serve.
