This is a recipe of Telangana cuisine. Suits well for winter season. Packed with good ness of til and garlic. Can be had with rice, rotis, idli , dosa, Upma , Bajjis etc etc.

This is a recipe of Telangana cuisine. Suits well for winter season. Packed with good ness of til and garlic. Can be had with rice, rotis, idli , dosa, Upma , Bajjis etc etc.
Steps

First roast til along with garlic. Roast green chillies

Grind til,salt and garlic into powder
- 3
Add green chillies tamarind nod grind by adding sufficient water
- 4
Make tadka with two spoon oil, half spoon each of mustard and jeera, pinch of turmeric
- 5
Add the tadka to the ground chutney and garnish with coriander
- 6
You can also mix chopped onion if you like
- 7
For variation you can also add mint, coriander or both at the time of grinding
