Put onion, garlic,ginger,Coriander,chillies and make a fine paste.

Take a bowl & put all the chicken into it.Pour the mixture into it.Add curd and cream,black pepper,kasoori methi,chaat masala,salt and 2 tbsps oil & marinate it for 1hour.

Take a kadai and add few drops of oil. Fry the chicken pieces.

Once they are fried to some extent, pour the gravy into it.

Keep it in simmer for 7/8 minutes.

Once chicken is cooked, give charcoal aroma to the chicken.It enhances it's taste to another level.

Serve with rice or naan.
