First soak dal over night then green dal and chana dal, ginger, green chilli, salt mix and grind into mixer make fine paste. Take a nonstick pan and make dosa.

Cook the dosa Both side slow gas. And put the all vegetable and chat masala And grated cheese. And left 2-3 min slow gas. Dosa is ready. Serve with green chutney or souce.
