Clean and wash poha and keep aside for some time

Now in a heating pan take a 1tbs oil add cumin seed and green chill in it after 2min add ground nuts saute

Then add chopped onion fry for some time when onion change it colour add turmeric and poha mix well

Add salt, cook for some time
- 5
Before serve decorate with chopped onion, green coriander, sprout, and add some lemon juice
