Cooked Green Chili Sauce (Daqoos)
A very spicy sauce for all kinds of dishes. I hope you enjoy it! Thank you 😊

Place the green chilies in a blender, add enough water, and blend well.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat until just before boiling. Add all the spices, the two garlic cloves, and the tomato paste. Stir well until the tomato paste dissolves and the spices are fully combined. Let it cook for a short time over the heat.

Once the chilies are well cooked, turn off the heat and let the sauce cool. Transfer to an airtight container, such as a jar. (I stored the leftovers in a bag and put them in the freezer for later use.)

Serve with all kinds of food, such as grilled dishes, fried foods, stews with sauce, or snacks like chips and savory treats.

Note: (How to tell if green chilies are hot: they are shiny on the outside and firm because they are full of seeds and a bit strong.)
