Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 2 bunchspinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cubechicken stock
  • 1medium onion, chopped
  • 3 TBScanola oil
  • To tastesalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Pour oil in the sauce pan. Then add onion

  2. 2

    Saute the onion and crumble chicken stock then add spinach and cover the pot

  3. 3

    Let it cook for a while

  4. 4

    Stir the pot of spinach add salt to taste

  5. 5

    The spinach is cooked simple yet healthy my wife love the way my mom cookies the spinach.
