Steps

Chop the onion and cook in 1 tbsp of cooking oil until it turns golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are well cooked.

Add crushed garlic, and Hoho and stir for 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup of water and stir to make a thick gravy.....at this point add royco cube and bring it to boil.

Put the fish in the mixture, cover and simmer for 5 minutes then turn it carefully with a spatula add the lemon juice, mix and cover for another 3 minutes and it's ready.

Serve with hot ugali.
