Heat a wok, add onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger, garlic, cashew nuts and 1/2 cup water, allow everything to cook properly then switch off the flame and grind it into fine paste.

Heat oil in the wok, add all spices except garam masala powder, saute them for a bit then add ground paste in it and cook it until it start leaving sides of the wok.

Now add milk and water (as per requirement) in it and cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.

Now add paneer cubes, garam masala powder and dry fenugreek leaves in it cook it for few minutes

Then garnish it with cream mix it well and switch off the flame.

Your paneer butter masala is ready to serve now.
