Ingredients

  • 200 gramsthin green chilli
  • 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoonkalonji
  • 1 tablespoonsaunf/Fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoonmethi/fenugreek seeds
  • 4 tablespoonvinegar
  • 2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast all the dry ingredients then add salt vinegar mix well and put it in a glass jar and place it in the sun for 3 days so that green chilli becomes soft. Serve with roti or curd rice.
