Steps

Make a dough using maida,water and ghee. Keep it aside for half an hour.

Take a pan and saute khoya + semolina till it turns golden and keep it aside.

Add sugar, cardamom powder & almonds to the cool khoya and mix well.

Now make small balls from the dough.

Roll it into small roti like shape and fill with the fillings.Roll the sides as per your convenience.

Deep fry them in ghee till golden brown.

Enjoy your gujiya.
