Steps

Take 2 litre full cream milk, stir and boli it.

Add lemon juice, stir in medium flame stir well, milk curdles and water separates then turn off flame.

Take a cloth and colander, put cloth over colander, drain off and rinse with cold water, after than squeeze water. Keep for 15 min rest.

Take another pan, add ghee, milk and cream, mix it well.

Add milk powder, stir well and break lumps. Make it smooth texture. Keep stirring. It will thick and started separate pan. Kova ready.

Take paneer that you prepare before, break and crumble well. Add it on kova and mix it well. Break lumps properly. Prepare smooth texture.

Add sugar and mix it well. Keep stirring, cook in medium flame. Till it's become thick. After that it's started separates pan.

Add cardamom powder mix well. Turn off the gas.

Spread and rest it for 10 min. Now it's little bit warm and thick.

Perfect batter for ladoo. Take some mixture and start preparing small ball size as Ladoo.
