Heat ghee in a pan add gram flour and satue it low flame and stiring continouesly.

Satue it 10-15 min till it's chenging colour and gives out a nice aroma.

Add cardamom powder and chopped almons and mix wel.

Then add powderd sugar and mix it wel.

Grease a tray with ghee and pour the gram flour mixture and spread it evenly on the tray.

Let it cool and cut the square pieces and serve.

Store it an airtight container.
