Cut the bread slices into triangle. Heat lil ghee in a pan and shallow fry the slices till golden brown and keep aside. Take milk in a pan and boil it and reduce the milk to half, add sugar and dry fruits powder to the reduced milk...mix custard powder in mildly cold milk..Add this paste to the boiling milk..Once the milk get thick turn off the gas and keep aside.

Now place the shallow fried bread pieces in a plate...and spread thickened milk over the bread....and garnish it with some choppped nuts....and tuti fruti. Serve chilled.
