Ingredients

  • 150 grmsCarrots
  • 80 grmsButter
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain off the water and in a pan add butter,put carrots, season and keep stirring

  2. 2

    Cut the carrots into Julienne,put it in a sauce pan.Add water to cover and simmer for 5-6 mins till they become a bit tender.

  3. 3

    Fry for about 7-10mins serve and enjoy.
