4 servings

1/2 kgminced meat
2onions
2 tbstomatoe paste
Cooking oil
Salt
2big tomatoes
Breadcrumbs
2eggs
2 tbsflour
I cup rice

Steps

1

Boil the minced meat. Add onions and salt

Add breadcrumbs, flour and eggs. Mix well

Form small balls and deep fry till golden brown
4

Make the sauce with one onion, tomatoes and tomato paste
5

Deep the balls in the sauce.

Serve with boiled rice
