In one bowl strain maida,add baking powder,icing sugar, ghee,curd and water

Mix well and make a soft dough

Cover and rest for 15 minutes

For sugar syrup heat a deep pain add sugar and water

Andcook until sugar gets desolved then check it add cardamom powder

Add saffron

Boil for 5 minutes.Sugar syrup ready, cover & keep aside

Dough after 15 minutes Knead gently

Make small size ball,make dent in center

Deep fry in medium hot oil, stir occasionally

Fry from both the side until golden and crispy

Drop in sugar syrup,deep both side,soak for 5 minutes

Baluhahi ready to served

Sprinkle chopped almonds
