Firstly mix both flour, curd,yellow colour, baking soda,water in mix bowl, mix well and no lumps in there.

Further prepare sugar syrup, take a pan add water and sugar in medium flame. Make syrup one string syrup.

Further heat ghee into a kadahi make jalebi by help plastic sauce bottle. Deep frying until it's become golden brown.

Ready jalebi immediately sugar syrup and coat well for 3 minutes.

Prepare all jalebi like that.
