Ingredients

  1. 200 gmSpinach
  2. 3 tbspCrumbled paneer
  3. 1/2 cupBread crumbs or bread soaked in water and squeezed
  4. 4-5 bread slices
  5. 1Small onion finely chopped
  6. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 tspJeera powder
  8. 1/2 tspRed pepper and turmeric
  9. 1 tspGaram masala
  10. to tasteAmchur powder or lemon juice
  11. 2-3 tbspRice flour
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse and clean the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in pan and roast the spinach for few minutes.

  3. 3

    After spinach cools down, grind it to make a paste.

    Add all the ingredients except oil.

    Mix well and make dough (mix some bread crumbs or rice flour if required)

    Divide the dough in equal portions and make round shaped balls.

    Now place the balls on absorbent paper.

    Serve hot with desired chutney or sauce.
