Sweet Potato Pud
Just using leftover ingredients

Add honey, cream and butter to pureed potatoes and mix well

Now add egg, ginger, cinnamon and incorporate, next mix in raisins and set aside

Boil water in a steamer, now place pudding in steam and let it cook for about 30 minutes

Insert tooth pick to check for doneness, remove pudding from steamer and let it cool before serving.

Serve with clotted cream and a cup of tea.
