Ingredients

  • 2-3 Potatoes
  • 1/2 bowlPeas
  • 1Cauliflower
  • 1Carrot
  • 1Onion
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1Tomatoes
  • 1Capsicum
  • 1 tbspLal mirch 1 tblspn
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspCoriander leaves
  • 1 tspnPavbhaji masala
  • 1Lemon juice 1 tspn
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil
  • as requiredButter
  • as requiredpavs

Steps

  1. 1

    Transfer chopped vegetables into 2 -3 ltr pressure cooker add half cup water and salt to taste.

    Close cooker for 2 whistles

  3. 3

    Mash the boiled veggies

  4. 4

    Heat 2tblspns oil and 2 tblspn butter in a pan add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste

  5. 5

    Add chopped capsicum chopped tomato and salt

  6. 6

    Add one and half tspn lal mirch and haldi 1 tspn coriander powder and pav bhaji masala and cook it

  7. 7

    Add 3/4 cup water mix well and cook

  8. 8

    Add boiled and mashed veggies

  9. 9

    Cook for 5 minutes Add coriander leaves it is ready

  10. 10

    Cut the pav buns apply butter and toast it both sides for 30 seconds.
