Knead a soft dough and keep aside

Now heat pan add oil,tempsr cumin seeds,bay leaf,red chilli

Add whole garam masala

Now adf potaroes saute well addimg salt amd turmeric powder

Add tomatoes, ginger and green chilli saute well

Add milk and cover for 5 minutes

Add sugar and chana masala and remove from heat

Now take small portion of the dough and prepare parathas

Arrange paratha and dum aloo in the lunch box and serve
