Heat ghee in a wok add wheat flour roast it till golden in colour.keep aside.

Add ghee and jaggery in a wok,when jaggery melt add roasted wheat flour and elaichi powder.

Grease oil in a plate spread this mixture and set it.

Garnish with chopped almonds.
