Steps

Put a little oil in a cooking pan then add one cup of rice turn then add two cups of water

Add a pinch of salt to the rice and allow it to cook for around 20minutes before removing
- 3
To another cooking pan put water then the two eggs to boil for around 8minutes before removing the shell and cutting into two then sprinkle a little salt to eat

Serve the rice and boiled eggs with kachumbari(chopped onions and tomatoes
