Great recipes for low sugar low cal dessert and the kids love it.

Freeze bananas, 24 hours gives best results.

Put bananas and vanilla in a blender or food processor (recommended) on pulse, the banana will start out chunky. Use a spatula to push it down from the side. Continue the process until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!
Refreezes perfectly and great snack for kids who can't have sugar.
