Soak urad dal and moong dal overnight

Next morning grind to fine paste all urad dal and moong dal along with chillies.

Now mix both the dal together and pheto it until a slight sheen comes in the dal....

Now add pinch of baking soda and chironji, mix it.

Now make small vada and deep fry it In hot oil and keep aside.

Take a kadhai, boil water in it and now soak vada into the hot water and leave for 10mins till the vada become double it's size.

Now one by one take out the vada on a place and press with hole waale spoon...squeeze it's water out with light hand pressure and place it on the serving dish.

Now take a bowl, add all the curd and whisk it.

Now add little sugar, chaat masala and little black salt In curd and mix properly.

Now pour all the curd on top of the vada and then add red chilli powder, chaat masala, tamarind and khajoor sauce and coriander leaves on top for decoration.

Your yummilicious dahi vada is ready...!!!
