Boiled the fish, meat, dry fish and kpomo with seasoning.

When it's done, put it down.

Drain the stocks, put the pot on fire,add a little red oil,immediately add salt, onion,tomato paste, stair a little and add the egusi you have soak with little water and little red oil.

Keep stairing for 2mins and add the stocks and the water.

Add your pepper crayfish and seasoning.. kpomo,uzuza seed, periwinkle should also be added.

Then allow to boil for 5mins

Then add your scent leaf and ready to serve.
