Add flour in a tin egg yellow and,salt and mix

Add water to form a thick butter

Peel your viazi and wash them then slice into pieces

Add the viazi into the thick butter and dhania

Place your pan or karai on medium heat

Heat the oil then use a spoon to scoop the viazi and place in the pan to fry till done
