2 cuprice flour
to tasteSalt
4 cupWater
2 tbspoil
2 cupchopped veggies carrot,beans, potato
1onion
to tasteSalt red chilli
2 tbspoil
1 tbspcurry spice powder

Steps

In a pan add 4 cup water add salt oil and rice flour..continue stir it till a thick mixture cool it

Now make stuffing...heat a pan add cumin and all veggies along with spices

Cook till all veggies get soft

Now from rice flour mix take a ball size...mash it...make a bowl shape stuff with stuffing..seal it...make all like this

Steam a steamer...keep all this in it...steam for 10 minutes...it's ready
