Boil the Irish potaoes while full without peeling it

Peel the viazi into four pieces add flour in tin egg yellow and salt then mix them

Add water to the mixture of egg and salt to make it thick butter

Add viazi into the thick butter and fresh coriander

Place your pan on the jiko make sure its on a medium heat

Allow the cooking oil to heat the use a spoon to scoop the viazi and place them into the pan to fry

After done with viazi chop the smokies then fry them

Serve with kachumbari and enjoy the meal
