Ingredients

3 servings
  • 250 gmpaneer cut into cubes
  • 2onion sliced
  • 7-8 clovegarlic chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 4green chilli chopped
  • 1 inchginger
  • 3-4red chilli
  • 10almond
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 2 teaspoonmustard oil

  1. 1

    Dry roast red chilli and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon mustard oil. Add sliced onion and saute for a while. Add garlic,ginger tomato and green chilli and fry for 2-3 min and make a smooth paste from it by adding roasted red chilli also.

  3. 3

    In a same pan add 1 teaspoon mustard oil. Add the smooth paste and saute till the raw aroma disappear. Add almond paste and saute for a while and add paneer cubes and saute.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric powder salt and sugar and saute for 1-2 min. Add 1/2 cup of hot water and allow it to boil for 2-3 min.

  5. 5

    Hot and spicy paneer is ready to be served
