Ingredients

45mins
  • 200 gmsflour
  • 10 gmsbaking powder
  • 200 mlwater
  • 2eggs
  • 5 tbssugar
  • 1 tbscooking oil
  • Margarine

Steps

45mins
  1. 1

    Boil water on a large pot then place a small ball inside

  2. 2

    Mix eggs and sugar well then add water

  3. 3

    Add sieved dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Add oil and mix

  5. 5

    Grease baking tin with flour and margarine.

  6. 6

    Place the tin with cake batter inside the pot with boiling water then cover in order to steam

  7. 7

    Serve after 45 mins and enjoy.
